KMY has changed the official English company name on 11 April.

Due to the expanding of its business, KMY has renamed to “SZ KMY Co., Ltd” to facilitate its business and fame in the world market as a multi-continent enterprise.

All the relevant business activities will be conducted under the new name from the same day. Its former name: “Shenzhen Kaimingyang Technology Co., Ltd” will not be valid after 21 April 2008(after 10 days interval).

As a result, the new name will be the only and official name for the company in all activities.

But this change will not affect KMYAmerica. Its name will not be changed.

The company’s name in Chinese will not be changed, and all the domestic business will not affected if conducted by its Chinese name.
