Q: Are you a real manufacturer? Can we visit your factory?
A: Yes, we are a factory based company. Our manufacturing factory with high efficiency and proactive response is our Strength to in competing in the kiosks industry. We have the rights to import and export. Most of the key devices are imported from Europe and US. Etc advanced suppliers and this can guarantee good performance in quality of our finished products. Seeing is believing, we invite all the customers to visit us at any time.
Q: How many days does KMY need to finish the kiosks we ordered？
A: If you have ordered KMY standard kiosk with 100 units, it can be finished in 30-35 days after both sides confirmed all the details. Samples will need longer time.
If you would like custom design kiosks with 100 units order quantity, it can be finished in 35-40 dyas after we both sides confirmed all the details. Samples will need longer time.
Q: Can you provide free sample to us?
A: No, the sample from KMY must be paid according its final configuration. And we are following the policy that bigger ordering quantity, lower prices. For the exact price, please contact our sales. sales@kmychina.com.cn
Q: How long does it will take to receive the kiosk from KMY?
A: It depends on where you are and how to ship. Our quotation principally is based on FOB SHENZHEN CHINA USD price. So, you will determine to arrange the shipment by sea or by air. We usually recommend our customers to ship by sea for big quantity order. The sea freight costs are cheap but it takes longer time. Therefore, when you think about how long you will receive the kiosk from KMY, you will have to think about Lead time plus shipping time. Q: Do you provide spare hardware?
A: Yes, we do. But you will have to pay the spare parts. For more details, please see our warranty contract .

Q: We want to be KMY agent/ distributors in our country, is that possible?
A: Yes, we welcome you to be our business partner. Please contact our sales manager by sales@kmychina.com.cn and provide your company details. We will seriously consider your situation and contact with you for the terms and condition.

Q: How do you ensure the kiosks that ship to us are ok?
A: we strictly conduct quality tests such as vibration test, thermal test, signal integrity test, environment test and compatibility test to ensure our kiosk safety and . In addition, we offer high level packing via shipping. You are also welcome to us before shipping to check the products and we will send you the photos or take the video clips to you for your seeing.
Q: can you provide OEM/ODM
Yes, as we introduced ourselves as a manufacturing factory. We welcome your OEM/ODM manufacturing order and will provide you qualified products with more efficient way.
Q: Do you develop software for our application?
No, we usually do not make software for the overseas market, but we have been working together with a lot of kiosk Software Company and we can recommend for your application development. We will offer all the hardware drivers, Demo and software supports for all the devices in KMY kiosks.
